Rajal Tilva, HR and Administration Director at SCADD Tech, leverages a decade of experience for organizational success. As a leader, he managed a diverse team of 30+ across design, sales, and marketing segments. Kuldip holds a Master's in Technology in Machine Design and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Vijay, an IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus, brings over 35 years of global experience in Corporate Strategy and Brand Building, including 20 years at the CEO level. With a remarkable track record, he has worked with 75+ brands and 15 agencies across 22 countries. Notably, Vijay successfully created and led a startup to global success in a highly competitive market. His extensive background spans P&G, Colgate Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, the TATA group, and Al Futtaim Dubai. Apart from corporate achievements, Vijay integrates MIND RE-PROGRAMMING Techniques through expertise in Reiki, Pranic healing, Hypnotherapy, CBT, and A.C.T.
